Atlanta-bred artist Yung Bans sits at the forefront of rap right now, well-known for his effortlessly addictive flows and intoxicating lyrical style. As denoted by his “1 of 1” tagline, he approaches music with an eclectic touch, and deservedly so, has organically cemented his position as a force to be reckoned with in today’s industry. Some of his career-defining moments, such as his Future cosign or his early XXXTentacion collaboration, “iloveitwhentheyrun”, the success has endlessly rolled in for Bans and his true-to-self artistry, noting the true mark of a bona fide star.
Bans’ career originally took off with the release of his 2015 single “4tspoon” alongside Playboi Carti, followed by a number of head-turning records in collaboration with fellow ATL native and well-known producer MexikoDro. On the brink of success Ban's responded with some of his most popular songs to date in “Dresser”, the Lil Skies-assisted “Lonely”, “Ridin” alongside YBN Nahmir and Landon Cube. All of which have since received accompanying visuals shot by iconic videographer Cole Bennett. Following these singles, Bans released his debut project, “Misunderstood,” in July of 2019 that brought his career to new heights. Over the course of his career, Bans has gone on to collaborate with the likes XXXTentacion, Juice Wrld, Future, Young Thug, Lil Skies, YNW Melly, and Playboi Carti, to name a few.
